Keynotes
Speaking from my passion for building leaders, I bridge the chasm between leadership best-practice and practical execution. Based on over thirteen years of working with senior executives, my presentations are transformative and actionable. In the time I have with a group, I will equip them with the tools they need to see themselves in new ways, and ultimately, how they can be leading in new ways—starting the moment they walk out of the room.
My workshops can be tailored for two or four hours, depending on the size of the group and what you’re looking for. The benefit of a workshop is its personal nature. They take an in-depth dive into what it really takes to become a better leader. Drawing from my 15 years of coaching senior leaders, I will help you to identify blind spots and identify action plans to lead with a better understanding of ourselves and those around us. When you truly know yourself, is when you can finally start leading like we were meant to.
